Late nights have always been a friend to me and recently, I’ve felt even more powerful creating as the world sleeps.
Ideas boil over late at night and by the next day, I’m suddenly comfortable doing, being, and wearing new things that I otherwise would have never let myself. Behold: my latest and greatest experiment—the chop top.
Maybe this top isn’t the most professional or pragmatic. It was probably only meant to be worn one way. But the night made it unique, it made me give it new purpose. And overall, the night gave me the confidence to defend the beauty of something objectively broken.
I can only thank the night my artistic endeavors. Whether I like what I wake up to in the morning or not, I’m always grateful for those late-night creative epiphanies that give me my edge.
